Start a WAGE e-Chat
Do you want to do something to close the wage gap in your life, but it is hard for you right now to go to meetings? Start a WAGE E-chat. Using just e-mail, list servs, or discussion boards you can start talking about the wage gap and actions that can be taken to eliminate it. Here’s how can you start an e-chat: E-mail 5-10 women in your community and invite them to join an online discussion about the wage gap and what can be done to help you close the gap in your workplace. Consider reaching out to friends, neighbors, or members of organizations in your community. You can follow the Getting Even discussion guide or develop your own approach.
