The WAGE Project has launched a collaborative grassroots program designed to help close the wage gap between women and men at work. Across the country, women are coming together to talk about the wage gap and what they can do to get even. Some are forming new groups or joining existing groups. Others are adding WAGE programs to the agenda of their existing organizations. Still others are forming WAGE e-Chats.
