The following organizations have already expressed an interest in or agreed to be a part of the Illinois WAGE Hub:

The goal of the Illinois WAGE Hub is to promote, support and encourage activities in the greater Chicago metropolitan area and throughout the State of Illinois focused on wage issues, to encourage each organization's local affiliates to become WAGE Clubs and to offer educational assistance on wage inequities and remedies.

The Illinois WAGE Hub is currently looking for:

  • Other women's organizations interested in partnering with the Hub
  • Other women's organizations willing to offer resources (staff, time, space) to help further its goals
  • Other women and organizations to keep updated by joining our Illinois Wage Hub Virtual Group

The Hub also will create an email listserv for its members to share information and ideas and an online interactive calendar for the posting of future meeting dates and events focused on wage issues. Future projects may include the creation of Pay Equity Toolkits, a Speakers Bureau and training for women interested in becoming speakers.

For more information regarding the activities of the Illinois WAGE Hub, please send an email to wagechicago@gmail.com or call 312-280-2424.
