Tell Us Your Sex Discrimination Story

WAGE’s National Archives of Women’s Stories of Sex Discrimination at Work is the only such repository of women’s stories in the country. If you believe that discrimination at work set back your pay and position, please tell us your story.

Your story can make a difference. Working women find other women’s stories confirm that their experience is not unique. They are empowered by what others have done to combat discrimination. Personal stories demonstrate to employers the consequences of discriminatory workplace practices. These accounts document for researchers the causes of and cures for discrimination.

The WAGE Project will protect your identity. When you submit your story, you will be given a code. If you choose to have your story posted on WAGE’s website, only this code will appear without any other identifying information.
